My name is Ray Little and I am proud to announce my arrival with the Pemberton Holmes Duncan team. I have been a resident of the Cowichan Valley for the past 16 years and have loved every minute of living in this beautiful and diverse community. Growing up in the Valley has allowed me to experience all types of culture, religion and traditions. After graduating from Cowichan Secondary School I have had the privilege of working around all aspects of construction and development. This gave me a vast amount of knowledge of how to manage a project from beginning to end. With my two years of experience in the oil fields across Northern Alberta, I have gained the understanding of how to be a successful team player and leader. I am now at a point in my life where I am going after what I feel is where I am supposed to be; and that is a REALTOR®. Born in the Lower Mainland, I moved to the Cowichan Valley in 1991 and have resided here ever since. The Valley is my home, and I have cherished growing up in this great community. After graduating from Cowichan Secondary in 2005, I attended my first year of college, enrolled in business related programs. I immediately knew this direction would guide my career. As an outgoing people-person, I have embraced working in sales-oriented positions. The idea of directly assisting, relating, and interacting with clients is one that provides gratification not only for the customer, but for myself as well. This notion is what has lead me to the unique market of real estate. After all, buying a house will be the biggest financial decision of your life; it will be my pleasure to guide you through this intimidating process.
